Expected results
The ambition of the project is to develop the following advances:

Perform accelerator experiments in order to validate the theoretical basis of HME

Develop a predictive theory to be able to specify materials that can be used in reactors with an increased efficiency

Synthetize active materials that work reliably and can be delivered at an affordable cost

Develop a sufficient knowledge of HME to be able to design devices that will deliver heat and electricity, and that can be easily controlled

Design efficient, portable, and compact stationary energy sources

Gather data to estimate potential costs for various scales of power and energy production

Develop procedures and safety rules for the future deployment of this technology
